BOOM SLAB PACKS – TOURNAMENT SERIES GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter

This giveaway is promoted by Boom Slab Packs (“the Promoter”).

  1. Eligibility
  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees, immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
  1. Giveaway Period
  • Entries open upon publication of the giveaway post.
  • Entries close at 11:59pm (BST) on Friday 3 July.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
  1. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Share the giveaway post.
  • Visit the FCBreaks Whatnot channel.
  • Bookmark a Boom World Cup show.
  • Post their Instagram handle in the show chat.

Each qualifying bookmarked Boom World Cup show counts as one entry. Multiple show bookmarks are permitted and will result in multiple entries.

  1. Prize
  • One (1) Tournament Series: World Cup Edition box.
  • Approximate retail value: £400.
  • No cash alternative, exchange, or transfer of the prize will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  1. Winner Selection
  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on Monday 6 July.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • The winner’s Instagram username may be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels for the purpose of confirming the outcome of the giveaway.
  1. Delivery
  • The prize will be shipped to a UK address supplied by the winner.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or courier services once the prize has been dispatched.
  1. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  • Uses multiple accounts, automated methods, or fraudulent means to enter.
  • Provides false or misleading information.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Data Protection

Personal information supplied by entrants will only be used for administering the giveaway and arranging delivery of the prize. Information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.

  1. Instagram & Whatnot Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Whatnot. By entering, participants release Instagram and Whatnot from any responsibility relating to the giveaway.

  1. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
