These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made from Boom Slab Packs Ltd (“Boom”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

By purchasing any Boom Slab Packs product, whether directly from Boom Slab Packs Ltd or through an authorised breaker, reseller, livestream seller, retail partner, distributor, or other approved sales channel, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All cards contained within Boom Slab Packs products are collectible items and may show wear, factory defects, print defects, handling marks, or other condition-related characteristics. Card condition, grading outcomes, and secondary market values are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for refund, return, exchange, payment dispute, or chargeback.

1. About Us

Boom Slab Packs Ltd is a UK-based manufacturer and retailer of sports trading card repack products.

These products are intended for customers located within the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Nature of Our Products

Boom Slab Packs products are repack products containing sports trading cards and related collectibles.

Products may be purchased:

  • Directly through Boom Slab Packs Ltd;
  • Through authorised breakers;
  • Through livestream sales platforms;
  • Through authorised retailers or distributors;
  • Through other approved sales channels.

These Terms and Conditions apply regardless of the channel through which a Boom Slab Packs product is purchased.

Contents may include:

  • Graded cards
  • Raw cards
  • Memorabilia cards
  • Autograph cards
  • Inserts and parallels
  • Sealed products
  • Other sports card collectibles

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all cards included within Boom products should be considered previously owned and/or used collectibles.

4. Card Condition Disclaimer

Trading cards are collectibles and condition assessments are subjective.

Customers acknowledge that cards contained within Boom products may exhibit characteristics including, but not limited to:

  • Surface scratches
  • Print lines
  • Roller marks
  • Factory defects
  • Soft corners
  • Edge wear
  • Chipping
  • Minor dents
  • Off-centering
  • Surface indentations
  • Wax, chrome or foil imperfections
  • Discolouration
  • Manufacturing defects
  • General wear associated with handling, storage, transportation or age

Such characteristics are common within the trading card industry and shall not constitute damage, misdescription, or fault.

Boom Slab Packs Ltd does not guarantee:

  • Mint condition
  • Gem Mint condition
  • Any specific grade
  • Eligibility for grading
  • Future grading outcomes

Customers expressly acknowledge that grading outcomes are subjective and may vary between grading companies and individual graders.

Card condition shall not constitute grounds for refund, replacement, exchange, chargeback, payment dispute, or compensation claim.

5. Product Values

Any values displayed on our website, social media channels, livestreams, packaging, promotional materials, advertisements, product pages, checklists, chase card graphics or other materials are estimates only.

Market values quoted by Boom Slab Packs Ltd are based on our reasonable assessment of publicly available sales data, industry pricing sources, marketplace transactions, auction results and other relevant information available at the time of product manufacture, collation and release.

Trading card markets are inherently volatile and values may rise or fall significantly over time. As a result, values quoted by Boom Slab Packs Ltd may differ from market values at the time a product is purchased, received or opened.

Boom Slab Packs Ltd does not guarantee:

  • Current market value
  • Future market value
  • Resale value
  • Profitability
  • Appreciation in value

Differences between quoted values and subsequent market values shall not constitute grounds for refund, return, exchange, compensation, payment dispute or chargeback.

Purchases should be made for collecting and entertainment purposes only.

6. Chase Cards, Checklists and Product Odds

Where chase cards, hit rates, checklists, odds, example cards or promotional images are displayed:

  • Images may be for illustrative purposes.
  • Specific cards are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
  • Odds are based on product collation at the time of manufacture.
  • Boom Slab Packs Ltd reserves the right to amend checklists where necessary.
  • Product contents may vary between production runs.

The inclusion or exclusion of any particular card shall not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.

7. Returns and Consumer Rights

Due to the nature of collectible repack products, all sales of opened Boom products are final.

Opened products are not eligible for:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Credits

This applies regardless of:

  • Card condition
  • Market value
  • Contents received
  • Grading outcomes
  • Collector expectations

For products purchased directly from Boom Slab Packs Ltd, customers may exercise any statutory rights available under applicable UK consumer law.

Where products remain unopened and sealed, customers should contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss return eligibility.

Products purchased through breakers, livestream sellers, retailers, distributors or third-party sales channels must be returned (where applicable) through the original seller and are subject to that seller’s return procedures in addition to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights that consumers have under UK law.

8. Damaged Deliveries

Any claim relating to shipping damage must:

  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photographs of the outer packaging and contents.

Boom Slab Packs Ltd reserves the right to investigate all claims before issuing any replacement or refund.

9. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of products passes to the customer upon full payment being received.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

10. Fraud Prevention, Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Boom Slab Packs Ltd maintains records relating to product manufacture, collation, packaging, quality control, fulfilment and shipment.

Where available, we may maintain:

  • Product allocation records
  • Packaging records
  • Order fulfilment records
  • Shipping records
  • Tracking information
  • Photographic evidence
  • Video evidence

Any customer initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or payment dispute based upon claims relating to card condition, grading outcomes, perceived value, pack contents, odds, product configuration or other matters expressly disclosed within these Terms may have such evidence submitted to the relevant card issuer, payment processor, financial institution, dispute resolution service or legal authority.

Boom Slab Packs Ltd reserves all legal rights in relation to fraudulent, abusive or dishonest claims.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boom Slab Packs Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Changes in market value
  • Grading outcomes
  • Collector disappointment
  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential losses
  • Loss of profit
  • Loss of opportunity

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

12. Intellectual Property

All Boom Slab Packs branding, logos, artwork, packaging designs, product names, website content, photographs, graphics and promotional materials remain the property of Boom Slab Packs Ltd.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

13. Promotions, Competitions and Giveaways

Boom Slab Packs Ltd may operate competitions, giveaways, promotions and loyalty programmes from time to time.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotional activities.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
